Hillary Clinton, Paris Hilton Return to Letterman

In the next few days, the Late Show with David Letterman will be welcoming two ladies who - for two very different reasons - have a lot at stake.
This coming Monday, New York Senator Hillary Clinton will be making a sit-down appearance with the late night host. Although visits from the former First Lady are not unusual (she did have a short bit on his return show in January), this particular date comes at a critical time for the presidential hopeful. The in-studio chat will happen Feb. 4th…one day before the very important Super Tuesday. Will she be able to sway anyone outside of New York? Who knows? But she’ll be sure to keep smiling while trying. (And just for the record, Sen. Barack Obama also made a recent appearance on the show. He read Dave’s nightly Top Ten list just last Thursday.)
After the uncomfortable experience Paris Hilton had back in September, you’d think a reunion with Letterman is the last thing she’d want to do. But camera time is camera time, and you know how much Hilton loves to be in front of one. Oh - and she has like this movie to promote or something. (Then again, she did have a perfume that got very little mention the last time she was there.)

Lindsay Lohan’s Latest Hook Up
Lindsay Lohan is used to grabbing headlines and seeing her name in the tabloids, as every dating exploit the actress has recently engaged in has been reported by every media outlet available. Now, rumor has it that Lohan has hooked up with a Paris Hilton ex.
Reportedly, Lohan and Entourage star Adrian Grenier recently enjoyed a romantic, mid-week date. Gossip also says that just last month Lohan was seen at Grenier’s apartment, though Lindsay was also spotted kissing three separate guys during a New Year’s celebration. Sources say the two are trying to keep their relationship “private.”

Paris Hilton and K-Fed…Hooking Up?

The mind boggles and the head spins when it comes to Kevin Federline. It seemed amazing the would-be rapper and former backup dancer would snag one of the hottest hotties in the recording industry, Britney Spears, but the fact that another hot celeb would consider dating him is enough to send the planets out of alignment.
According to the latest reports, K-Fed was recently spotted in Las Vegas with none other than hotel heiress Paris Hilton. The pair were recently seen at LAX, a popular club, talking and laughing. Some reports say Paris even planted a kiss on K-Fed’s cheek…how sweet. One source claims Federline even went to Hilton’s hotel room later in the evening, and that they were seen together again on Sunday.

Hilton Inheritance Drops to 7 Figures

Miss Hilton, you must be pretty mad.
Hotel heiress and reality star Paris Hilton is known for many things, from her little dog to her terrible fashion decisions (don’t forget the undies!), but the celebutante is perhaps best known for her money - or at least, the money she‘s going to get one day. It’s been common knowledge that Hilton will inherit many millions - the figure was estimated to be around $100 million - and her fascinating wealth is one of the reasons the public took such a shine to her. But Miss Hilton just got bumped down at least one tax bracket. Paris will now only inherit about $5 million (boo hoo) from grandfather Conrad Hilton, who has decided to bequeath 97% of his vast estate to charity.
Does this mean Miss Hilton will have to clip coupons? Don’t count on it. Even without the other $95 million, Paris is still a Hilton.

The Rise And Fall Of Britney Spears: Who’s To Blame?
Forget about Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. The year 2007 belonged to Britney Spears. And not in a, “Hey, Britney Spears is the sexiest women alive and sold a lot of records” kind of way. No, it’s more like, “Hey, Britney Spears split from her back-up dancer husband, had her disgusting hoo-ha and c-section scar plastered all over the internet, shaved all her hair off, lost custody of her children and had a comeback performance/album that bombed.” Yeah, she’s had that kind of year. And frankly, I’m pretty freakin’ tired of seeing her face every time I turn on the TV or go online and having to listen to every step of the “Britney custody saga” reported as legitimate news.
This woman is a disaster. Let’s make that point very clear from the outset. She is clearly a very unstable woman in need of some very serious help, and she’s not getting it. And now that it’s being reported that yet another member of the Spears clan has her tin-roof rusted, I think we need to take a step back and take a look at the big picture. Who is really to blame for the downfall of one of the biggest names and faces in, not only music, but pop culture as a whole? Who is responsible for the destruction of Britney Spears?

Britney Spears vs. Paris Hilton

According to reports, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears have been feuding. The warfare began when Hilton allegedly snubbed Spears during the latter’s birthday party. Now, rumor suggests Brit is actually threatening Paris.
Allegedly, Britney and a few friends wrote to Paris regarding a sex tape which is said to be in existence. According to one source, the letter says there is footage of Paris making out with one of Britney’s galpals. If Paris doesn’t act polite in public, Brit will make her pay – or so the letter supposedly says. One source claiming to be close to Paris says the heiress laughed away the threats, apparently unconcerned.

Nicole Richie: All Grown Up?

Strange things happen to women when they get pregnant, but it’s hard not to look at some celebs with a cynical eye. How is it possible, for instance, that a party girl and troublemaker, reality star and celebutante, could suddenly become a responsible adult? Believe it or not, Nicole Richie seems ready to accept that role.
The expectant starlet recently delayed her wedding to boyfriend (and father-to-be) Joel Madden, but she’s moving forward with other areas of her life. Now that she’s going to be a mother herself, Nicole is looking for a way to bury the hatchet with her biological parents, people she’s had a rocky relationship with from the age of three. Nicole plans to open up about her biological parents in an upcoming interview, and hopes to pave the way for a future relationship. Meanwhile, the postponed nuptials will take place after the birth of her baby - the sex of which Richie has opted to not learn.
Once, she was a sidekick to frenemy Paris Hilton. Now, she’s a young mother-to-be doing her best to bridge the gap between her past and the future. Unbelievably, it looks like Miss Richie is finally growing up.

Paris Plans Party for Nicole Richie

Paris Hilton is hard at work planning a baby shower for her galpal and greatest frenemy Nicole Richie. Hilton is still looking for ideas on games to play and what to buy her BFF, as the gender of Richie’s baby has not yet been determined. (Richie decided to wait to find out the sex.)
Paris says the shower will contain Nicole’s closest girlfriends and relatives, and will be thrown this Sunday at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Nicky and Kathy Hilton (sis and mom to Paris) will also attend the event, as Richie has been a Hilton family friend for most of her life.
Nicole Richie’s wedding with Joel Madden, the baby’s father, was recently postponed and will be held after the birth, which is expected in 2008.
